    We're excited to offer this year's ACCES-VR Mediation: Building the Foundation training as we work to expand awareness of the A-VR Mediation Program, strengthen New York State's A-VR mediator network, and support future growth in referrals.

    Presented by NYSDRA in partnership with NYSED/ACCES-VR, the training will be led by Amber Russell, Statewide Director of the New York State Agricultural Mediation Program and ACCES-VR trainer since 2016, and will feature presentations from David Morgan and Jemima Post of NYSED/ACCES-VR.

    Whether you're an experienced A-VR mediator looking for a refresher, interested in becoming an A-VR mediator, reconnecting with the program, serving as a CDRC coordinator, or simply looking to learn more about vocational rehabilitation mediation, this training is a great opportunity to build knowledge, connect with colleagues, and support access to quality mediation services across New York State.

    The training will be held virtually via Zoom on September 29-30, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. each day.

    CDRC staff and volunteers attend free of charge. Non-CDRC participants who are selected to participate will be responsible for a $250 registration fee.

    Thank you for your interest in the ACCES-VR Mediation: Building the Foundation training.

    Individuals who are not affiliated with a Community Dispute Resolution Center (CDRC) are subject to a $250 registration fee. Submission of this form does not guarantee a seat in the training. Applications will be reviewed, and selected participants will receive a confirmation email with next steps.

    If selected, you will receive a separate payment link and instructions for submitting your registration fee. If the training reaches capacity, interested participants may be placed on a waitlist and contacted if space becomes available.
